Turkish Airlines Denied Me to Board Despite Early Arrival

As a proud Turkish citizen, I have always admired Turkish Airlines. On November 2, 2023, I purchased a ticket to travel from Antalya with a layover in Ankara, departing on November 2 and returning on November 5. To catch my 5:40 AM flight on November 2, I went through the first X-Ray at 4:05 AM. I had no luggage and had checked in the day before. After a quick restroom break, I proceeded to the second checkpoint, where I was told the system had closed, and I was not allowed to board the plane. No announcements were made during this time. When I approached the counter to discuss alternative flights, I was given an unsuitable option and told to decide within two minutes. I wanted to know if there were any flights for the next day, but the response time was delayed. Eventually, I was informed that my return tickets were also canceled. This situation rendered my search for an alternative flight meaningless. Here are my concerns: 1. I was attending a scientific meeting, and my right to education was hindered. 2. Why were my return tickets canceled even though they were not within the last 72 hours? 3. Despite arriving early, checking in, having no luggage, and reaching the second checkpoint at 5:21 AM, why was I not allowed to board? 4. Why was I not informed that 30 minutes had passed since I was denied boarding, even though the flight was scheduled to depart at 5:50 AM? 5. The counter staff acted slowly, telling me I had only two minutes and then informing me that my time was up, resulting in the loss of all my ticket rights. 6. Why were no announcements made for warnings? I am curious about the answers to these questions and would like to express my complaint, requesting that my grievances be addressed promptly.
