Turkish Airlines Denied Boarding from Istanbul to São Paulo

I was denied boarding on a Turkish Airlines (THY) flight from Istanbul to São Paulo on April 30, 2024, without any explanation. The airline staff simply stated that I could find out the reason by contacting the Brazilian consulate.
However, upon contacting the consulate, they informed me that the restriction originated from THY itself. According to THY, a "US Visa" is required for travel to Brazil, which is demonstrably false as there's no such requirement listed on their website.
This lack of transparency and conflicting information between THY and the consulate is incredibly frustrating. It's unacceptable to be denied boarding without a clear explanation or a valid travel restriction.
I demand a clear explanation from THY regarding the reason for denying my boarding and why they provided false information about a US visa requirement for travel to Brazil.
