On August 6, 2023, I had a flight with Turkish Airlines from Samsun Airport to Istanbul Airport at 19:25 with PNR T2ZEYNK for three people. I had forgotten my child E*** S*** T***'s ID in my hometown, so I obtained a population registration sample via e-government. However, since this was not accepted, I was not allowed to board the flight. Later, when I went to change my ticket for another day (at 19:10), they told me that they couldn't change the ticket and it had to be put back on sale. I was already very stressed and confused because I missed my flight that day. However, none of the staff there helped me, and the tickets were lost. Due to this irresponsibility, I had to take a 13-hour bus journey late at night with my two daughters. I condemn this action. Experiencing this after having a pleasant flight the previous evening really affected me and my children negatively. From now on, I will never use airplanes. This behavior is not befitting of Turkish Airlines.
