Turkish Airlines Delayed the Flight by 5 Hours!
My international connecting flight with flight number TK1038 from Budapest (BUD) at 20:20 to Istanbul (IST) at 00:30, followed by flight number TK2542 from Istanbul (IST) at 01:45 to Rize Artvin (RZV) at 03:40, was delayed by over 5 hours. It has been rescheduled to flight number TK2536 from Istanbul (IST) at 07:00 to Rize Artvin (RZV) at 08:55. The options provided to me, such as changing the flight date or canceling the ticket, are not feasible as my flight was planned months in advance for a specific date. Waiting at the airport for over 5 hours will cause me both financial and emotional distress. Unless there are force majeure circumstances, I request that my rights as a delayed passenger be granted to me. Otherwise, I will file a complaint with the civil aviation authority and other relevant bodies. I kindly request you to review my complaint and get back to me.
