Turkish Airlines Damaged My Suitcase and Is Avoiding Proper Compensation

I've had an very difficult experience with Turkish Airlines. My suitcase got damaged during the flight, and I've been having a hard time getting the compensation I deserve. Instead of addressing the issue, they continuously find excuses to evade providing me with a refund. Despite residing in the SEPA zone, where a bank account tied to my country is deemed unnecessary, they still require me to have one. In addition, they only offered me a measly 10 euros for the damage, which I found quite insulting. I find it annoying that the process has become needlessly complicated, and it seems that they are avoiding accountability for their role in the problem. All I want is to be fairly compensated for my damaged luggage, instead of receiving excuses and minimal offers.

They told me that despite having a bank account in Turkey, they could only transfer money to my bank account in the country where I live, and they carried out this transfer via SWIFT. They sent 11 Euros, and the SWIFT fee was deducted from it. Moreover, I was the one who informed them of the country I live in. If I had said I live in Turkey, they would have transferred the money to my bank account in Turkey. They break the wheel of the suitcase, rendering the suitcase completely useless, and I end up with 6 Euros. It's a comedy :)
