It can be quite frustrating when individuals reach out for help during their most joyous occasions, only to find themselves feeling upset and troubled. I want to make it clear that I have decided not to buy tickets from you, primarily because your call center staff lacks helpfulness and seems to speak without any relevance. Seeking a friendlier approach towards customers.
