Turkish Airlines Unjustly Canceled My Membership

My membership number TK449479350 was canceled because they said I sold tickets. I just want to make it clear that I am not an agency or a ticket seller. My membership was canceled because they mistakenly thought I sold the ticket I received as a gift. This excuse seems to not have been properly investigated and verified. If you had asked the passenger or kept a proper record, it would have been clear that my membership was canceled without any valid reason. After looking at the complaints, it's worrying to see that other people are also going through similar situations. Their memberships and tickets are being canceled without clear reasons. If Turkish Airlines is going to use random excuses, it makes us wonder if the membership system is fair and transparent. We followed all the rules stated in your award ticket policy. According to the rules, you said "you can use your award ticket to go on vacation, explore new places, or visit your loved ones. You have the option to use the award ticket for yourself or give it as a gift to your family, relatives, or loved ones." what about now??
