Turkish Airlines Changed Stopover Hotel Without My Consent
My Turkish Airlines Stopover Hotel reservation, which was confirmed 4 weeks in advance, was changed to a different hotel without my knowledge just days before the flight. I had planned all my business meetings and events based on the initially confirmed hotel. However, now I am facing a significant inconvenience because Turkish Airlines changed the hotel without consulting me. As an elite member, I find this unacceptable. I kindly request that the necessary changes be made to revert to the original hotel. Thank you.
