Turkish Airlines Canceled My Ticket Without Notice Leaving Me Stranded in Basel
Anadolu Jet canceled my flight ticket without my knowledge. We are currently in Basel and our return ticket has been canceled automatically. We keep calling customer service and filling out forms, but there is no result. I have a flight on 01.01.2024 with PNR number R7AY6U, but no ticket. I don't want to be stranded in Basel with my wife and 2-year-old son. We faced a similar issue on our way here. Our ticket was unexpectedly put on hold 24 hours before the flight, and I left a record every 2 hours with TK-10077636, but there was no response. I traveled from Eskisehir to the airport in the morning, hoping for a chance. At the Anadolu Jet office, they said there was a system error and tickets for passengers with children couldn't be printed. The managers intervened and resolved the issue. Before boarding, my return ticket was active, but it got canceled again when I arrived in Basel. I kindly request that my ticket be reactivated to resolve this inconvenience.
