On our flight with PNR number RBR6QB, I purchased a business class ticket for ₺30,000. I frequently fly with THY. This time, I had undergone major abdominal surgery, and flying business class would have been beneficial for me. Although I had a fit-to-fly report, it was better for me not to sit too upright; reclining a bit would have been more comfortable. I bought this ticket for myself, my young son, and my parents, expecting business class comfort. However, we were given standard seats on an Airbus 320-200 with regular legroom, not even emergency exit row spacing. Had I known, I would have chosen the emergency exit row and wouldn't have paid such a high amount. It's unfair. Charging this amount for these seats on this flight is unethical! I even photographed the legroom. It's unfair and inappropriate to charge this amount for these seats! If it's a standard seat with standard spacing, you can't charge such a high price. At least lower the price; it's unfair!
