Despite arriving 35 minutes early at the baggage check for my Turkish Airlines Anadolu Jet TK7005 and TK7098 flight from Izmir to Igdir at 10:05 AM, they did not process my and my 65-year-old passenger's check-in. They directed me to the ticket sales counter with a referral card. Despite all my efforts, they did not allow us to board the flight and sold us a new flight to Kars, two days later, for an additional ₺4774.44. If they had informed me that the issue was with the baggage and suggested leaving it at the baggage deposit, I would have done so. However, no staff member assisted in this matter. Despite having a funeral to attend, they left me and my elderly passenger with health issues in Izmir for two days, causing both financial and emotional distress. I request a refund of the unjustly charged amount and the compensation for my financial losses. I urge for a prompt resolution to address my grievance.
