I am a member of Miles and Miles with the number TK312666287, and I always chose THY for all my flights, even if it meant waiting. Today, on September 11, 2023, at 17:00, I had to wait for my flight at Adana Airport. My flight was at 22:20, but I was denied access to the CIP lounge because I arrived early. I had no option for an earlier flight. The airport did not offer any suitable facilities for working while waiting. Despite my polite request, my access was denied. I had to go back to the city center to find a café to work. For many years, I considered THY my second home, and I never expected such a reaction, not even in Greece. I was very surprised. THY should not treat a long-time traveler like this, especially in an airport with no cafés or working facilities.
