I had a flight booked under the name Alparslan K*** for the Samsun-Ankara route on September 23 with Anadolu Jet. On August 15, I was contacted by THY and informed that due to an issue with the aircraft, my flight needed to be postponed by one day. I agreed as I was starting university on September 25. They then transferred my flight to September 24 while retaining the rights of my original ticket. Later, when YOK announced that schools would be delayed by two weeks, I contacted THY customer service in the first week of September to inquire about cancellation and was told to apply through their website. I immediately filled out the refund request form (TK-9395919) but received a rejection due to the change made to my ticket. I then called THY customer service again and was advised to reapply, stating that the change was made by their company. I submitted another refund request form (TK-9402519) on September 15, 10 days before my flight. Since my ticket was eligible for a full refund if canceled 72 hours before the flight, I expected no issues. However, days passed without any response, so I contacted customer service. Initially, I was told an urgent notification was created and the issue would be resolved within 7 days. Later, one day before my flight, I was informed that an urgent email was sent and I needed to wait 14 days due to legal reasons. The flight date passed, and I couldn't use my ticket as dormitories were closed. On October 5, I was informed that appeal feedback was created (TK-9538103) and there was a delay due to high volume, so I needed to wait. On October 22, customer service told me that I hadn't uploaded the necessary documents and bank details for the previous feedback (TK-9641080) and that there was a delay due to high volume. Currently, I have not received any positive or negative response to my feedback, and I have not received the full refund of my ticket price (₺578). I am filing this complaint as I believe THY is prolonging the resolution of this issue.
