Negative Experience with Turkish Airlines About Hanging My Clothes In The Closet
I would like to share my negative experience with Turkish Airlines, one of Turkey's leading companies. Specifically, I will describe an incident that occurred during my TK 1004 Skopje-Istanbul flight. When I asked if there was space in the closet to hang my clothes, the attendant, whose name I learned was M**k**, informed me that there was no space available and that I could not use it.
However, I observed that a person who came after me, and whom I believe was an acquaintance of the attendant, was able to store their clothes and other items in the closet. As a paying customer of Turkish Airlines, I want to question why I was unable to use this service.
Is it necessary to be an acquaintance? Considering the services my father provided to Turkish Airlines in the past and the fees I have paid, isn't it our most natural right not to face such discrimination?
When we request a service from Turkish Airlines, it should be our right to receive that service as ordinary citizens and paying customers. I believe that such negative attitudes, which affect the entire country and lower the quality of service, should not occur in a company that values customer satisfaction.
