Miles & Smiles Mile Usage Restrictions by Turkish Airlines
THY is doing everything it can to prevent customers from using their reward miles. It's already very difficult to accumulate miles these days.
* They don't allow mile transfers for ridiculous reasons. Let people transfer miles to whoever they want. If they could, they would say you can't transfer miles unless you stand on your head.
* Additionally, if you want to buy a ticket for your family or friends with your miles, you have to go to the sales office.
* When they do offer reward tickets, they only provide options with layovers.
We will pay extra to fly with THY. We will scrape together miles.

You are making very small calculations. Let people use what they deserve comfortably. Don't make them curse behind your back.
