Lack of Service Shortcomings On Turkish Airlines Flight

On Sunday, June 15th, during Turkish Airlines flight TK 180 from Los Angeles to Istanbul, I was disappointed to find that meal options had run out. When the meal service reached me and I made my selection from the offered choices, I was told that it was no longer available — and was instead offered pasta, with a lighthearted suggestion: ‘We can even give you two!’ The issue here is not the pasta itself, but the lack of service that fails to meet the standards expected — and paid for. After submitting my complaint to the airline, I did not receive any response — not even an attempt to get in touch. Unfortunately, this lack of communication only adds to the disappointment. A company that presents itself as premium should at least show the courtesy of acknowledging customer feedback.
