Issues with Turkish Airlines Flight Ticket Purchase
Despite having a ticket for the 22:10 flight to Bodrum on 28/07/2023 under the name Yuliia Hoian, I was not allowed to board the plane. The check-in closed 40 minutes before the flight, and when I tried to check in online as instructed by the staff, it didn't work. The staff member then claimed to be an intern and did not help further.
The so-called transfer desk was of no help, offering only advice and blaming me for the issue. Despite my inconvenience, there was no assistance in arranging tickets for the next flights, even for a fee. The next day, I had to buy another ticket for the 18:25 flight to Dalaman and then travel from Dalaman to Bodrum.
Later, I found out from Mehmet A** E***'s complaints that they often oversell tickets, looking for excuses to deny boarding. It seems they sell the same ticket to multiple people. 5370545**.
