Issues with THY Billing System
I am experiencing some issues with THY's billing system. When we request an invoice for a ticket purchased with a company credit card, we need to go to a completely different site to create the request. With Pegasus, we can complete this process in 10 seconds, but with THY, it takes hours of procedures.
The ticket system is not providing my invoice due to a technical issue. When I call, they cannot assist me over the phone and direct me to the support on the website. I try to find an email address among the links and FAQs on the support page. After struggling with AI in the chat section, I finally manage to reach a human.
I am still wasting time while writing this complaint. I kindly request THY to simplify the invoice processes. Just as you know how to take our money, please also provide our invoices easily.
