Issue with Turkish Airlines Ticket Purchase

Dear Sir/Madam,
On 06/02/2024, I attempted to purchase a ticket for 24/02/2024 with PNR number tpejyu through the Turkish Airlines app using my membership login. I selected the individuals listed in the app, as shown in the attached image, and completed the ticketing process. However, when I tried to check-in, I noticed that the surname of V**** S*****, who is also registered in the app, was incorrectly listed as Yasar. I contacted customer service and Turkish Airlines staff to request a surname change. Unfortunately, I was informed that a surname change was not possible and that I would need to cancel and rebook the ticket. Due to my obligation to attend a training in the destination country and my limited time for the flight, I proceeded with the cancellation and rebooking as advised. As a result of the cancellation, I received a refund of ₺1832.50 from the original ticket cost of ₺8952.62 and had to pay ₺13897.50 for the new booking. I am distressed that the cost of this error, which originated from your app, has been imposed on me as a user. I request that this issue be resolved and the inconvenience be compensated.
