I Was Falsely Accused of Illegal Entry by Turkish Airlines

I had a ticket for a round trip to Frankfurt, departing on 25.09.2023 and returning on 10.10.2023. I entered Germany on the 25th with THY. Due to a change in my return flight time, I confirmed the new flight schedule on 27.09.2023 and checked in. On 10.10.2023, I went to the airport for my 19:05 TK 1594 flight. After checking in my luggage, I was told by THY staff that their system showed I had never entered Germany and that I was not there. Essentially, I was marked as an illegal entrant. They asked me to prove how I entered Germany, and thankfully, I had my THY seat ticket and other documents with me. Despite showing them, their system still indicated I had not entered Germany and that I had no return ticket. I waited until 6:10 AM for THY to resolve the issue, but they blamed me for allegedly purchasing the wrong ticket, which was not the case. I had paid for my tickets in full and selected my seats. They refused to let me board the plane, causing me immense stress and frustration. Eventually, after providing my passenger number, my ticket appeared in their system. This was clearly a THY system error, not my fault. I almost missed my flight because of this. How will the stress and anxiety I experienced be compensated? I am very curious.
