Netflix Premium Account Restricted After Successful Payment

I paid $8 for my Netflix Premium subscription through Paycell on September 9, 2026, at 3:53:42 PM. Despite making the payment, Netflix claimed that I had not paid and restricted my membership, and I have been completely unable to access the service since September 13, 2026.

I have contacted both Paycell and Netflix several times regarding this issue. Paycell provided me with the necessary documents and reference information confirming that the payment was successfully completed. I then submitted a support request to Netflix on September 9, 2026, and sent all the documents they requested by email. Despite the fact that nine days have passed, I have only received responses stating, “Your request is being reviewed, but we cannot provide a definite timeline for the process.”

During my conversations with Netflix, I also provided the authorization code given to me by Paycell. I explained that the payment could clearly be verified using this code and that the relevant team could check the transaction based on this information. However, the representative told me that they do not process transactions using the authorization code and closed the matter. When I asked how I could file a complaint about the team reviewing my case and how I could track the outcome of my complaint, the call center representative responded in an extremely dismissive manner, saying, “You cannot find out.” I also specifically requested to be directed to a survey at the end of the call, but I was not directed to one at all.

I am experiencing significant inconvenience because my membership was unfairly restricted despite the evidence proving that I made the payment, the process has been unnecessarily prolonged, and the customer service representatives have been unhelpful and disrespectful. I request that the evidence I submitted proving my payment be reviewed immediately, that my restricted membership be reactivated without further delay, and that my subscription billing cycle, which is charged every 30 days, begin from the date my account is reactivated.
