Turkcell Superonline Didn't Accept My Application After I Couldn't Upload Documents

I switched from Digiturk to Superonline, and I was told that the contract termination fee would be covered by Superonline. I wanted to send the invoice and create a request, but there was no section to upload the file. Later, I was told to do it via computer, but in my previous conversations, customer service didn’t provide this information. Even platforms like e-Government allow document uploads via phone, but due to the inability to upload documents through the Turkcell app, I exceeded the 90-day period. I am not responsible for this delay caused by their late responses to my emails and the app's limitations. Rejecting my request because 90 days have passed is unjust; I am the victim in this situation.
