Turkcell Blocked My Prepaid Switch and Sent Extra Bills

I have never seen such a terrible mobile operator like Turkcell in my life. When I found out that my contract would end on July 10, 2025, I called customer service on July 8 and stated that I wanted to switch to a prepaid line. They told me I needed to wait 96 hours. Normally, this information is not provided when signing the contract, and when I called a few days earlier, they told me I had to call exactly one day before the contract ended. But now, even though three days have passed, I still haven’t been switched to a prepaid line, and as a result, I’m being billed extra. Since my contract has ended, I’m also being charged a higher fee. I have a recording of the conversation; nowhere was it mentioned that I had to call within 96 hours. When a representative called me, they even admitted that such a process doesn’t exist. I will absolutely sue you and switch to another operator. My entire family is with the same provider, and I will cancel all of their lines as well. I have never encountered such nonsense.
