Turkcell Superonline: Misleading Information Leads to Ongoing Unjust Billing

Turkcell Superonline called me about home internet service. They deactivated my old modem and sent a new one. A customer representative named M******* A**** told me to pay the final invoice from my previous provider and send it to them as a PDF. I did exactly that, and they told me Turkcell would no longer issue any invoices. We even have the conversation saved on WhatsApp. However, Turkcell is still billing me. When I ask, they say, “Not this month, next month,” but then continue billing the following month too. I was clearly misinformed by Turkcell. They promise everything until you become a customer, but once you join, they don’t keep their word. The customer representative no longer even bothers to follow up.
