Turkcell Charges Me Termination Fee After One Month of Poor Service

Since my Vodafone contract ended, I transferred my number to Turkcell for my own benefit. However, a phone bill appeared before the first month was up. Since Turkcell's internet and coverage are worse than Vodafone's, if I transfer my line again, I will be charged a ₺599.99 termination fee, which does not even include a phone bill. My tariff fee is ₺330 without commitment and ₺630 with commitment, yet even though I have used it for only one month, I am expected to pay ₺599.99 as a termination fee plus the invoice amount. Why am I being forced to pay a termination fee when the issue clearly stems from Turkcell? I demand an immediate resolution to this unfair situation, but customer service only responds with scripted phrases like "I understand you, but we cannot intervene in the termination fee." When I ask to speak to an authorized person, they simply say I will receive the same response. I will take this matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee if necessary. As someone who relies on my phone for work, this issue is also causing me financial loss, and an urgent solution is needed.

The bill was issued before 1 month + the cancellation fee, the amount I have to pay is the 1-month non-committed bill amount.

The bill was issued at 174.70 before 1 month, and when I ported the line, it came out to 663.88 TL. 2 bills in less than 1 month. When there is a cancellation fee + bill, you have the right to reclaim the discount. + Your customer service says another bill may come out for one more term. Normally, since it hasn't been a month, you should deduct 174.70 from 663.88 TL and take 489.18 TL. Charging extra is unfair gain.

I do not forgive the half bill + 1 month bill before the development reaches 1 month, let it be forbidden.
