Turkcell Superbox Installation Nightmare

Today, on April 16, 2024, it has been 10 days since Turkcell attempted to install a Superbox internet service at my home. Unfortunately, they have not been successful in completing the installation. Whenever I make a call, their response is always the same: "Apologies, sir, we will promptly come and establish the connection." They have been avoiding people and consistently telling falsehoods for the past 10 days, which is regrettable.
