Turkcell Esim Activation Left Me Without a Working Phone for Seven Days

Turkcell Esim has been a complete disappointment. On December 10, 2024, I created request number 173 882 087, but no solution has been provided. After calling Turkcell repeatedly for seven days, I am mentally drained and exhausted. My wife is hesitant to leave the house because her phone is not working. It is clear that Turkcell initiated the Esim purchasing process without completing the necessary operational workflows. I unfortunately fell into the trap of purchasing it, but I still cannot use the line. My phone has been off for seven full days, leaving me disconnected and stressed. The lack of competence and support I have experienced has left me feeling utterly worn out.

Turkcell closed my request without finding a solution. I went to the store myself and started using the line again by getting a new SIM card for a fee.
