Turkcell Superbox Renewal Overcharge Complaint
As my Turkcell Superbox package neared its expiration date on 09/06/2024, I made the decision to renew it today (03/06/2024) using the Turkcell app. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that the renewal came at a higher cost. Even though there was still a week left until the renewal date, Turkcell unexpectedly charged me ₺600 instead of the usual ₺400, resulting in an additional ₺140 added to my bill for just a week's usage. If I had renewed on 09/09/2024, the cost would have been just ₺400. During my call with Turkcell's customer service, representative "Y****" did not provide satisfactory assistance. They kept repeating, "This is our process," without actually resolving the issue. Even when asking about canceling my subscription, I received unclear responses that left me unsure about any possible fees. I am extremely dissatisfied with Turkcell and "Y****" for their handling of this matter.
