Turkcell Canceled My Request About Network and Refused to Cancel My Contract

Turkcell network is down! For two years, I had no issues with the network in my home, but on Sunday, the signal completely dropped to zero. I had to go outside to report the issue to customer service. They said there was a problem with the base station and created a resolution request with the number 173217278. However, when I called again on Monday, I learned that the request had been canceled. I then spent 54 minutes speaking with four different representatives. Since I couldn't use my Superbox or my mobile line, I requested cancellation, but they told me I had a contract and would need to pay a termination fee. I had another request submitted. It's the end of 2024, and the network is down, but Turkcell does not seem to care.

The large Turkcell called me and said they couldn't solve the issue. It's a very funny and cheap scam tactic. When you request cancellation with zero network, they ask for a cancellation fee! It's a shame what they've come to!
