Turkcell Superbox Device Keeps Rebooting Despite Repairs

I purchased a Turkcell Superbox device on June 1, 2024, and it has been malfunctioning ever since, continuously turning on and off by itself. The device was sent for repair on July 25, 2024, and was returned to me this week. However, the issue persists as the device still reboots randomly. I have already filed a complaint with Consumer Rights, and customer service has been unhelpful, simply suggesting that it needs to be sent for repair again. I am extremely frustrated and exhausted by this ongoing problem.

I will send it for warranty again. I wonder what will happen this time.

I applied to the Consumer Arbitration Board. Even the expert stated that the device was faulty, that it was reducing voltage, and that's why it was shutting down. It shuts itself off every 6 minutes, I timed it and wrote this in my report. The court decision will be announced this week. The bills I paid will also be additional evidence. Turkcell Superbox's authorized service couldn't resolve this in a month, and they said there was no problem with the device. Make an effort for your customers.
