I purchased a Turkcell Superbox device on June 1, 2024, and it has been malfunctioning ever since, continuously turning on and off by itself. The device was sent for repair on July 25, 2024, and was returned to me this week. However, the issue persists as the device still reboots randomly. I have already filed a complaint with Consumer Rights, and customer service has been unhelpful, simply suggesting that it needs to be sent for repair again.
