Turkcell Sold Me a European Traveler Package but I Had No Internet in the Balkans

I went on an 8-day Balkan trip at the end of August. Before the trip, I told the Turkcell representative the countries I would visit and purchased the 1 GB European Traveler Package upon their recommendation. However, I could not access the internet in any of the 8 Balkan countries. I tried all the solutions Turkcell suggested for complaints about this issue in the hotels where I connected to the internet via Wi-Fi, and they still did not work. I called Turkcell customer service from abroad several times, but they still could not solve the problem. While I was getting angry because I paid ₺250 for an internet service I could not use, they added an extra ₺140 to my bill because I had used 18 MB of internet in Albania! Albania was not included in the package I purchased. I purchased the offered package after I told them which countries I would visit. According to the bill details, a total of 158.35 MB of the 1 GB data was used, most of which was in Macedonia and I think it was applications running in the background, because I could not connect to the internet at all. In Greece, only 5.98 MB is shown to have been used, but we had not yet crossed the border at that time stated in the bill details, we were kept waiting in the truck park for 7 hours. Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia Herzegovina, Croatia etc. Only 0.06 MB, great service! Never call customer service, they say you have used it. Hey Turkcell! when you went public in 2000, you made people regret buying it, you still make us regret using you. I wanted to share this experience with other users. Don't let customer service call me, we are changing operators as a family.
