Turkcell Charged Me for 1 GB and Ignored My Support Call
This morning at 10:13, I tried to contact Turkcell customer service. I waited on the line for 15 minutes, but I still couldn’t reach anyone—it felt like I was completely ignored. It's truly disappointing that a company I've consistently supported is so unresponsive when I actually need assistance. What makes the situation even more frustrating is their swift decision to increase prices during adjustments. Recently, I was charged ₺100 for just 1 GB of internet, which seems completely unreasonable. Additionally, the quality of service leaves much to be desired—particularly when there's a power outage, as their base stations cease to function. I anticipated more from a company that has such a significant presence and influence.

Yes, I was called twice by Turkcell, the phone rang four times and then hung up. When I called Turkcell, I listened to music on the phone for 15 minutes; I didn’t give up that quickly.
