I moved my line from Vodafone to Turkcell because the contract ended. While I was moving, they offered me the Bol Star 15 package with 15 GB internet for 240 TL. On July 25, the day the line opened, I logged in to get the package they told me through the application. But the package appeared to be 350 TL. I immediately contacted Turkcell and explained the situation. They told me that the package was increased on July 24th. I said I wouldn't have passed if I had known something like this would happen. Of course, customer representatives could not provide me with any help during this process. They even covered my face. Finally, someone more competent contacted me. I explained the situation to him and he made a request. He said he will get back to you within 24 hours at the latest. I would also like to point out that I could not use the line during this process. They called me on July 28, even though it was created on July 25 and said they would get back to me within 24 hours. I was eating at that time and couldn't answer the phone. Since it was a Sunday, I had given up hope that they would call. I wanted to contact support via message via the application and find out the status of my request. As a result of the demand, there was nothing they could do because the price increase was increased on July 24th and my line was opened on July 25th. The dealer also gave me correct information, but for some reason, the prices increase 1 day before my line opens. The increase is not a small increase, it is exactly 110 TL. I have never seen such a bad company in my life. They are not helpful in any way and do not care about you.
