Turkcell Charges Loyal Disabled Customer More Than New Subscribers


Last month, Paycell gave me a limit of ₺2750, but this month, they unexpectedly lowered it to ₺250 without providing any explanation. This sudden reduction has left me feeling frustrated and unable to achieve my goals. I had made my plans based on the previous limit, and now it feels like Turkcell is taunting me and causing significant inconvenience. I find this sudden shift to be completely unacceptable. I kindly request that my limit be restored promptly. If this problem isn't resolved promptly, I will be changing service providers this week and urging others to do the same.
