Turkcell Charges Loyal Disabled Customer More Than New Subscribers
I have been a Turkcell customer for about 25 years. For the past month, the package offered to me, including the disability discount, has been priced at ₺750. However, if I switch to another operator and then return to Turkcell, I can get the same package for ₺420 or even ₺315 without any disability discount. I have reported this issue to Turkcell customer service multiple times but have received no response. As a loyal customer who has stayed with Turkcell for years, I feel like I am being punished for my loyalty. I have only five days left to change my plan, and if no solution is offered, I will switch to another operator. My October bill was ₺1,170, while my package normally costs around ₺400. This pricing policy is unethical and damages customer satisfaction. I request that customer service offer me the same prices provided to new customers or at least a fair deal. As a long-term loyal customer, I do not want to be treated unfairly.
36 hours have passed and still no response...
It's been over 36 hours and unfortunately there is still no response.
If I were a new Turkcell customer and also got the disability discount, they would still charge 315 TL, unbelievable.
