Turkcell Charged Me More Than Expected Despite Disabling Additional Charges
On January 10, I noticed my phone bill was more than I thought it would be. Usually, it's ₺550, but this time it came to ₺610. I turned off the extra charges, but I'm still seeing money taken from that feature. I'm really frustrated with Turkcell and I've decided to stop using their services since the bills are just too high to handle. It seems really unfair to be hit with extra charges each month without any clear reason why. I'm having a tough time keeping up with payments, and this has just made my financial situation even more stressful. It seems like these surprise charges just keep coming, and I'm not sure how to fix it. I just want a bill that’s fair and matches what I use.
