Turkcell Issued a Phone Line in My Chronically Ill Father's Name Without Consent

On September 15, 2024, I discovered that a new Turkcell line was issued in the name of my father, H** D**, who has been diagnosed with chronic schizophrenia for nearly 30 years and holds a severe disability report, with his condition being physically apparent. I am his legal guardian, and the line number is 538623****. He does not have possession of this phone line, yet it was opened in his name, and it is unclear who is actually using it. I contacted Turkcell's call center to report this issue. Later the same day, I submitted a petition, including the guardianship decision and my request for the line's immediate cancellation, under complaint number 170198044. I was contacted twice and informed that they were following up on the matter, yet over two months have passed, and no progress has been made beyond receiving a bill for a line we don’t even have. Does Turkcell need money from someone with a mental illness? Forcing a legally incompetent, chronically ill individual into contracts and commitments would only be possible in a place like Patagonia. Turkcell has on file the guardianship decision, court order, and my petition. All documents signed without the guardian’s consent, knowledge, or approval are legally invalid. If this line and its bills are not canceled, we will retain all legal rights to file complaints against those responsible and submit a criminal report to the prosecutor's office. This line is neither with my father nor me; it was opened without our involvement, and we do not know who is using it, for what purpose, or whether any illegal activities have been conducted with it. I demand the immediate cancellation of this line, cancellation of the bills for which we bear no responsibility, and annulment of the invalid contract. I also request that a prompt resolution be provided via 0505405****.
