We've been experiencing a lack of home internet for three days now. I've called several times and left complaints, yet there has been no response or follow-up from anyone at all. This absence of support is genuinely surprising coming from a brand like Turkcell, which I relied on for dependable service. If this situation persists without any resolution, I will have to highlight this matter on social media, where I have a following of over 100,000 people. I look forward to a swift resolution, as this experience has not met the expectations I had for a provider of this standing. Thanks a lot!
