Turkcell High Bills But Poor 4.5G Coverage And Internet Speed

Approximately four months ago, I ported my number from another operator to Turkcell. I chose Turkcell with the expectation of better service and especially faster internet, but I am currently paying almost twice the bill I used to pay with my previous operator and I am not receiving the service quality that was promised. Despite the constant emphasis on 5G and strong coverage in Turkcell’s advertisements, in Gaziantep Şahinbey district I often cannot even get 4.5G speeds, let alone 5G. My device is an Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max and its performance is very high, yet my mobile internet is extremely slow and the signal strength is unstable. This situation seriously victimizes me, as both my bill is high and, despite this, the internet speed and reception quality are very poor. In the same location, I did not experience this level of problem with my previous operator, so I cannot accept this situation with Turkcell. Before switching to Turkcell, I was paying around ₺480 per month; now, as a Platinum individual subscriber, my monthly bill is around ₺920. I have reported the issue multiple times to customer service via 532, but I have not received a satisfactory solution or a concrete improvement. I request that the coverage and internet speed in my area be improved so that I can actually use the service I am paying for, and that my bill be adjusted to a level that matches the service quality promised and actually delivered. I want the unfair situation created by the high bill and low service quality to be rectified as soon as possible.
