I Face Turkcell Slow Internet And Weak Signal

I use my Turkcell line in the Sultanbeyli Merkez neighborhood, and for about the past month, I have been experiencing serious issues with mobile internet signal and speed in my area.

The connection quality has been inconsistent for a long time, but it has worsened significantly recently. Basic daily activities such as browsing the internet, watching videos, uploading files, and attending online meetings have become nearly impossible.

Based on my own checks, I consistently see signal strength between 1–3 bars, download speeds typically ranging from 1–5 Mbps, and very low upload speeds. I also experience frequent connection drops and cannot maintain a stable internet connection.

Since Sultanbeyli Merkez is a densely populated area, I believe the base station capacity is insufficient.

I have previously contacted customer service and technical support regarding this issue. I was told that “maintenance and infrastructure improvements are ongoing in the area, but there is no clear timeline.” Despite opening a complaint ticket, there has been no improvement, and the issue continues.

I request that the signal and internet speed problems in my area be permanently resolved, that the necessary infrastructure and capacity upgrades be completed, and that I receive a clear and detailed update regarding this matter.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I want to clearly state that I am seriously considering switching to another mobile operator.

I've been experiencing low signal and slow internet speeds on my Turkcell line for a long time, with frequent connection drops. Customer service said they would perform maintenance and invest, but no improvement has occurred. I am requesting a refund, and if the problem is not resolved, I am considering switching operators.
