Turkcell Gives Me Terribly Slow Internet
I reside in the heart of Adana, and my Turkcell internet is hardly functional—it has a tough time loading even the simplest pages or apps, as if it's only managing one or two bars at best. This issue has persisted for a considerable duration, and I’ve exhausted all possible solutions on my part to resolve it. I purchased a brand-new iPhone 13 only 6–7 months back, and despite attempting to reset the phone, there was no improvement. The issue is definitely not with the device. Turkcell's service quality has declined significantly, and my recent experience has left me reconsidering my choice to stay with them. It’s really disappointing to spend money on something that doesn’t work as it should, particularly when I see others getting better deals for less. I can’t put up with this any longer.
