Turkcell Did Not Activate My eSIM - I Cannot Use My Line

On August 31, I applied online to transfer my line to Turkcell and requested an eSIM. I installed the eSIM on my phone, but when trying to activate it through e-Devlet, I repeatedly encounter a 'MERNIS' error. I visited a Turkcell store and also contacted customer service, but no solution was provided. For the past four days, I have been unable to actively use my line. Furthermore, since the campaign for the package I subscribed to has already ended, if I cancel and reapply, I will lose the opportunity to benefit from the same package. I urgently request that this issue be resolved, as I am facing a serious inconvenience.
