Turkcell Did Not Activate Esim on My Motorola Edge 50 Neo - I Lost Service
Yesterday, I went to the Turkcell Özkanlar branch in Bayraklı, İzmir, to activate an eSIM for my Motorola Edge 50 Neo device. However, even though the eSIM activation was not completed, ₺160 was charged to my credit card and my phone remained without service. During this process, I contacted both BTK and Turkcell customer service, but customer service told me that the process could not be done from the phone and that I needed to resolve it with the branch. Since I could not get a result, I was forced to pay another ₺160 for a physical SIM card. Despite spending a total of ₺320, I was left without service and faced serious inconvenience. I request that this issue be resolved and that the fees I paid be refunded.
