Not Getting Service With Turkcell E-SIM Abroad

I live abroad and my line is defined as a prepaid e-SIM. Although I have a sufficient balance on my line and no debt, I will be unable to use it for about a month. Although I have switched my phone off and on many times, I can neither make calls nor receive SMS. In addition, the ‘No Service’ warning is constantly displayed on my device. Although I follow the suggestions in the Turkcell application, the problem continues. I would like to know the reason why I cannot receive service, although my line appears active. I also request that the problem be resolved as soon as possible. I kindly request you to inform and take the necessary actions urgently.
