Turkcell Canceled My Number Porting After Delayed SIM Card Delivery

I applied to Turkcell online to port my number on 17.12.2024. The SIM card arrived exactly 21 days later. When I attempted to complete the transfer process via e-Devlet, I received a message stating that my porting request had timed out and been canceled, and that I needed to reapply. I initiated the transfer to take advantage of year-end packages, but since their validity period has expired, I can no longer get those packages at those prices. I contacted customer service and opened a request, and they said I would receive a response within 72 hours. It has been seven days now, and no one has contacted me. It’s not my fault the courier delayed the delivery!
