Turkcell Failed to Activate the Esim on My iPhone 16E After Transfer

On Tuesday, August 12, I applied online to transfer my number to Turkcell and requested it as an eSIM. On Thursday, August 14, at 10:45 a.m., my number was transferred to Turkcell. However, when I tried to enter the provided eSIM information into my iPhone 16E, I received the error message: “This code is no longer valid. Contact your carrier for more information,” and the eSIM could not be added. I called Turkcell customer service, and they said there was no issue with the provided eSIM. When I insisted, they created a technical support request and stated I would be contacted within 48 hours, but no new code was provided. Since I use my number for work and need to receive verification codes on my phone, I am currently unable to work. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience. I believe the problem originates from Turkcell and urgently request that my grievance be resolved.
