Problem with Switching from Vodafone to Turkcell

I decided to port my Vodafone line to Turkcell and took advantage of the 30th Anniversary Campaign at the last minute. I applied online, and the SIM card was delivered to my home. I followed the instructions to activate the SIM, but when I accessed the e-Government platform, I saw that there were two applications. Thinking it was a duplicate, I accepted one and rejected the other, only to find out in the next step that my application was canceled.
Despite multiple calls to customer service, I couldn’t get any resolution, and I was redirected to new plans that are two to three times more expensive. Since my Vodafone plan has expired, I urgently need this issue to be resolved and my plan to be activated as intended. My previous plan was ₺235 with 20 GB of internet and 1000 minutes of talk time. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly. This is not the first time; many people are facing similar problems. Turkcell, we need a solution.
