Turkcell Delayed Delivery of My Sim Card Causing Communication Issues

I ordered a sim card from Turkcell, and it has been marked as out for delivery since November 22, 2024, but it hasn’t shown up yet. The absence of the queue is leading to major communication problems, and this hold-up is affecting my everyday life. It’s been quite a hassle having to make sure someone is always at home to prevent the package from being returned. Additionally, getting SMS updates stating that the queue is "out for delivery" only increases the annoyance. By the time I manage to activate the line, the campaign I intended to use it for will probably have concluded, leading to additional issues. This delay for such a crucial delivery is simply not acceptable. I need this issue to be addressed right away, as it has become quite frustrating.
