11 days ago, I requested a SIM card from Turkcell for a postpaid line under the 20 GB campaign, but during this time my SIM card has not been delivered to my address. I called customer service many times about the issue, and each time I was told it would be delivered within a few days, yet my SIM card still has not arrived. I experienced a similar problem before and had to cancel my line back then as well. I request that my SIM card be delivered urgently.
