Turkcell Number Transfer SIM Card Still Not Delivered After Approval
On November 19, I submitted a number portability request to Turkcell. Even though my request was approved, my SIM card still hasn’t been delivered, and I’ve been waiting for days. Last year, when I did a number transfer for another line at the same address through Turkcell, my SIM card was delivered the same day via Paket Taxi without any issues. This time, however, customer service told me that my address is not within Paket Taxi’s service area, even though they delivered to this exact address last year. They mention sending a courier instead, but no concrete steps are taken and no clear date or solution is provided. As a result, there is no courier and no SIM card arriving at my address. I request that Turkcell deliver my SIM card to me today without further delays or increasing my inconvenience. It is disappointing to see service quality declining instead of improving each year, and I urgently want this situation resolved.
